Remarks: The applicants needed the director to clarify few matters relating to file circulation and invoice clarity and indeed the director re-explain the terms and time frame.

1. Reviews – The applicants inquire about the agreements we concluded with from the previous meeting. The director detailed out the report the the applicants.
The applicants raise a concern due to the matter of time delay. And we reach I concince follow up agreement.
The applicants requested to meet with the lawyer to 10am
Conclusion: We concluded by agreeing to meet to 9am to travel together to the office of the lawyer.
